PAUL A.J. BABINEAU
Paul A.J. Babineau has been appraising real estate in Atlantic Canada since 1996. He received his CRA, P. App designation in 2007. Paul has a wide range of experience in rural residential and land appraisals. He obtained a Diploma as a Civil Engineering Technologist from the New Brunswick Community College in Edmundston, N.B. He received the designation of Certified Engineer Technologist in 1991. He is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.
Paul has been an appraiser for 29 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in all classes of real estate property for purposes of sale, acquisition, financing, insurance and litigation.
MICHEL BABINEAU
Michel H. Babineau has his CRA designation, is a Real Estate Fee appraiser and has twenty two (22) years experience. He is a graduate of Université de Moncton; he has a bachelor in Psychology, and is fluently bilingual. Michel has a wide range of experience in urban appraisals and apartment buildings. Michel is a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Greater Moncton Real Estate Board and a member of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. He was declared Expert Witness in court. Michel is the south east regional representative of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
Michel has been an accredited appraiser for over 33 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in both residential, commercial and multi-family apartment buildings for the purpose of marketing, acquisition, financing, capital gains, insurance, expropriation and asset management.
Daniel BABINEAU
Daniel Babineau has been appraising real estate in Atlantic Canada since 1989. He has been an accredited appraiser since 2000 and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience encompassing a broad spectrum of commercial real estate, industrial real estate and vacant land. He has appeared as an expert witness before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout the province. Daniel is past former treasurer of NBAREA and current member of the Complaints Committer of NBAREA. He is Vice-President of Babineau Appraisals, which was founded in 1991.
Daniel has been an accredited appraiser for over 25 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in all classes of property for purposes of sale, acquisition, financing, capital gains, insurance, expropriation and asset management.
CONRAD BABINEAU
CRA, P. APP.
Conrad E. Babineau has been appraising real estate in Atlantic Canada since 1995. He has been an CRA, P. App. since 2002 and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience encompassing a broad spectrum of residential real estate, multi-residential real estate, commercial real, industrial real estate and vacant land. He has appeared as an expert witness before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout the province. Conrad is a former chair of the Compliance Committee and secretary of NBAREA and is a current member of the Discipline Committee and Committee of Examiners of NBAREA. He is the Secretary of Babineau Appraisals, which was founded in 1991.
Conrad has been a CRA, P. App. for over 20 years and has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in all classes of real estate property for purposes of sale, acquisition, financing, insurance, litigation and asset management.
JUSTIN BABINEAU
BBA, AACI
Justin Babineau earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Université de Moncton in 2014. He has been an AACI Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2019, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and expertise in the field of real estate appraisal. In January 2025, Justin achieved the prestigious AACI designation, further solidifying his standing as a highly qualified and respected professional in the industry.
Justin is a highly qualified and respected real estate appraisal professional. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université de Moncton and recently achieved the prestigious AACI designation.
